Provider Search
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and CareFirst BlueChoice, Inc. offer two of the largest provider networks in the region. To find a primary care doctor, medical/mental health specialist or facility that participates in your MHIP HMO or MHIP PPO plans, please use the online directories available in the Find a Doctor section of www.carefirst.com as noted below:

MHIP HMO Plan – Select the BlueChoice HMO network

All MHIP PPO plans – Select the BluePreferred network
After selecting your plan, enter the requested data to get a listing of providers who participate in your plan. You can also print a personalized directory based on your search by selecting the print option on your search results page.
