Plan Overview
When you enroll in the Maryland Health Insurance Plan, you have a choice of one of four Plan benefit options:
- HMO Plan
- PPO Plan with $500 medical deductible
- PPO Plan with $1,000 medical deductible
- High Deductible Health Plan with $2,600 combined medical and pharmacy deductible
If you have a limited income, you may be eligible for MHIP+. Whether applying for MHIP for the first time or already enrolled, you must complete a separate MHIP+ Application.
